Information collected
Depending on product use, we may process name, e-mail, phone, company details, user actions, support requests, technical logs, app usage information and the transaction details required to complete a payment.
Purposes of use
Data is used to deliver the service, provide user access, ensure security, give support, improve products, meet legal obligations and respond to customer requests.
Esityon Takip Caller ID
Caller ID is an optional feature in the Esityon Takip app. When the user enables it, the app may match the phone number of an incoming call against the buildings, people and companies the user is authorised for and show the registered person or company. Call-related permissions are used only for Caller ID; they are not used for account verification, phone number verification, advertising, profiling, analytics or processing unrelated call history. The user can turn Caller ID off in the app settings.
Payment details
Your card details are never stored by AIBUS TECH. Payments are processed through the PayTR payment infrastructure.
AI and data security
AI outputs are for decision support. In organisation-specific projects, data retention, masking, access and integration rules are defined separately within the project scope.
Third parties
Limited data may be shared with hosting, analytics, e-mail, notification, payment and technical infrastructure providers. Sharing is limited to delivering the service and meeting legal obligations.
