Delivery, access and return principles for SaaS and digital services provided by AIBUS TECH.
Digital service delivery
Access to a purchased digital service or subscription is provided electronically after payment confirmation. User panel, web app, mobile app or integration details may be delivered by e-mail, app notification or the authorised panel.
No physical delivery
The services are SaaS, software, reporting, integration and digital support. No shipping or physical product delivery applies.
Returns and cancellation
Return requests are evaluated considering the nature of the service, its usage, the unused period, contract terms and statutory rights.
Return process
Return or cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail and include the product/service name, payment date, user details and the reason for the return. contactus@aibustech.com
Statutory rights
Mandatory rights under consumer legislation are reserved. For digital content and services performed immediately, the right of withdrawal is evaluated in light of the exceptions in the applicable legislation.
