Distance Sales Agreement
General distance-selling provisions for SaaS, subscriptions, digital services and integration services.
1. Parties
Seller/Provider: AIBUS TECH YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ
Buyer/User: The natural or legal person who provides their details during payment or registration.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the sale and use of SaaS subscriptions, digital services, software access, reporting, integration and support services provided through AIBUS TECH products.
3. Nature of the service and delivery
The service is delivered digitally. After payment confirmation, panel access, user authorisation, activation or the integration process is started electronically. There is no physical shipping.
4. Price and payment
The service fee is the amount stated on the payment screen or in the quotation/contract. Credit card payments are collected through the PayTR payment infrastructure.
5. Withdrawal, cancellation and returns
Where performance of the digital service has started, a user-specific setup has been made or the service has been used, returns are evaluated considering the used/unused period and the statutory exceptions.
6. User obligations
The user must provide accurate information, keep the account secure, use the service lawfully and report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
7. Disputes
Disputes are subject to the applicable legislation, consumer arbitration committees/courts and the competent judicial authorities of the Republic of Türkiye.
